Gen Z Wrote My Marketing Script

A fun video by our Marketing and Communications team

I was asked to do a video by Susquehanna’s Marketing and Communications Department. The goal was to show a lighter side of both me and campus - capitalizing on a trend titled “Gen Z wrote my marketing script”. For more on the trend, you can check out this article.

I agreed to shoot the video, but still was a bit apprehensive. I rarely say “yo fam” in my regular conversations … so wasn’t sure how this would work. We wanted it played like “we know the joke” a bit. Hence, the students laughing in the background when saying this and one with a cue card. I thought it was fun but was also a bit nervous about how it would all come together.

Overall, I liked it. But you can judge - is this good or cringe? (Cringe being the new lingo, of course.)
