Tyrion Teaches Jon about Specialization
In the first lesson we highlight, Jon asks Tyrion Lannister why he reads so much. Tyrion shares that because he is a dwarf, he can’t do many activities and needs to specialize in using his brain and that a brain needs books.
Trade offs and Opportunity Cost with Stannis Baratheon
In the second lesson, Stannis Baratheon asks Jon to do something crazy - partner with the wildlings and ask them to join their army. This is a great example of tradeoffs, both faced by Stannis and by Jon.
